Simple Five-Step Process

Get started with wet signature uploads in minutes with our easy-to-follow process.

Navigate to UPilot Docs

  • Go to the UPilot Docs tab in your account.
  • Navigate to “Get a Document Signed” to begin the eSignature process.

Use an Existing Template or Drag and Drop

  • Navigate to UPilot Doc Sign.
  • Choose an existing contract by clicking “Use Template”, or drag and drop your document into the upload area to get started.

Prepare the Contract

  • Assign the sender and recipients as you normally would.
  • The steps remain the same as your usual contract setup process.

Upload Your Signature

  • Click Upload Signature and add a PNG file of your signature or initials.
  • Recommended: Use a transparent or white background for best results.

Finalize Your Signature

  • Click “Use and Sign” to complete the process.
  • Your wet signature is now applied to the document and ready for use.
