It was great to meet Keith Rowland online yesterday as he talked more about the benefits of joining the The Worshipful Company of Marketors. It is definitely something I will be seriously considering.Something I will talk more about with my network over the coming weeks is a new hashtag#CRM that I have been trialing. To me, the biggest issue with CRM is simply that they are so feature-rich, they become really difficult to use. UPilot is really simple to use and it integrates seamlessly with Mailchimp too!
